A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:25 on March 17, 2015, the Defendant’s insultd the taxi in front of Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and did not pay KRW 8,000 to the taxi and did not pay KRW 8,000. D, a taxi engineer, drive away from the Defendant’s rear.

At the same time, two persons, such as the victim F, etc., who is a slope of the E- District Police Station affiliated with the Busan Urban Police Station, where the patrol was conducted at the same time, recommended the defendant to return home by hearing the damage from the above D and paying the following charges to prevent the defendant from driving ahead of the police station, and the defendant stated that "the defendant should inform the defendant of the mobile phone number to pay the kind of money."

3. Private signature, forgery, and event;

A. On March 17, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00, entered “G” in a written confirmation without authority for the purpose of exercising a request from a slope F to affix a seal on a written confirmation for the arrest of flagrant offenders at the Busan Summer Police Station E zone, and forged another’s signature by leaving the name next thereto, and, as if the signature of G was duly signed, submitted the said written confirmation to the said F, who is aware of the forgery of the signature.

B. On March 18, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at the Busan Seo-dong Police Station room located in Busan Seo-dong around March 18, 2015.
