1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from July 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff set a total of KRW 60,000,000 to Defendant B as follows at 2% per month of interest.

① The maturity of KRW 15,00,000 on June 4, 2013 - the date of the Gu administration on the date of the Gu administration shall be January 31, 2014 when the Gu administration is due. ② The maturity of KRW 10,000,000 on August 16, 2013 - the date on which the maturity of the Gu administration ends and the date on which the estimated date of the maturity end shall be September 19, 2013:

B. On March 14, 2014, Defendant C and Defendant D jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant B’s obligation to borrow KRW 60,000,000 against the Plaintiff, and paid interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the unpaid amount.

C. Defendant B paid to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 23.2 million, which is ultimately, KRW 23.2 million with interest accrued until July 14, 2015.

In full view of the Plaintiff’s assertion of the calculation of interest and the content of the Kakakao Stockholm message between the Plaintiff and the Defendant B, it is deemed that the payment of interest for each corresponding month was made as shown in the table below, and that the sum of the attempted amounts incurred during the middle is appropriated as KRW 1 million paid by Defendant B on October 5, 2015.

In addition, interest on KRW 10,00,000 on loans of August 16, 2013 shall be calculated on the first month of October 16, 2013, taking into account the details of the above account transaction and the overall purport of the pleading (such as the fact that the said money was lent for a short period of time on the first month, the Plaintiff’s assertion about the interest, etc.).

Interest (based on the payment date) accrued from the month of interest (based on the payment date) and the actual deposit date, and KRW 8,300,000 won in KRW 7,300,000 on July 8, 2013.
