1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, the Defendants jointly and severally transferred to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by deducting KRW 11,760,000,000, which was paid to the Plaintiff as part of the accrued interest from KRW 250,000 per month from January 24, 2003 to August 24, 2015, at KRW 37,750,000, from the interest rate of KRW 11,760,000, which was paid to the Plaintiff as part of the accrued interest. The Defendants transferred to the Plaintiff during the above period.
