1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 76,80,082 and KRW 27,067,036 among them, from October 18, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. The plaintiff is a company operating an installment financing business. The non-party corporation's case distribution agreed to pay 50,000,000,000 won to the plaintiff for installment financing in installments over 36 times per annum. The damages for delay applying the interest rate of 25% per annum at the time of delinquency shall be paid at the time of delinquency. The defendant shall lose the benefit of the due date and pay the lump-sum installment. The defendant jointly and severally guaranteed all obligations under the above installment agreement against the plaintiff in the case distribution, but the defendant did not pay 76,80,082 won for installments and overdue interest up to the date. Thus, the defendant's joint and several surety obligation amount is claimed to the defendant as the lawsuit in this case by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
