A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of the BNS car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 06:50 on April 18, 2020, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the backway of D located in Busan Metropolitan Government Organization C.
