If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B rocketing car.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

At around 10:55 on September 7, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from the front road of the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun to the front road of the Gyeonggi-do, Hongcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
