A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

The Defendant entered, searched, and searched, using B’s search site, the word “A license” or “protogram” (hereinafter “protophone”) that means clopon, and then made contact with C(D) of the sales volume of philopon (E, F) known to C, and then deposited the sales amount into the philopon account known to C, sent the receipt by photographing C and sending it to C, and then intended to purchase philopon by directly receiving philopon by directly confirming the place where philopon is located.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On June 20, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 700,000 to a virtual account of G bank, which is informed by C at an insular location, and at around 17:25 on the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold a philopon, which is hidden after the left side of the 1st male toilet located in Gan-si H. 17:25 on the same day.

B. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 400,000 to a virtual account of G Bank, which is known by C at an insular location, and at around 11:42 on the same day, sought 0.5g of phiphones concealed in the bus stops front of the G Bank J branch in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, which is known by C, and traded phiphones.

C. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 400,000 to the virtual account of G Bank, which is informed by C at an irregular place, and at the latest on the same day, he/she purchased and sold a penphone with an intermediate partition of KRW 0.5g of the penphone, which is hidden in the home, of the toilet in Gangnam-gu Seoul, which is known by C at a low time.

On July 23, 2018, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won of the purchase price of philopon to a virtual account notified by C at an irregular place, and purchased and sold philopon by finding 0.5g of the philopon which is hidden to the outside of the blopon floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul, which was known by C on the same day.

E. The Defendant, on July 28, 2018, moved C at an infinite place.
