Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2016, from around 16:00 to around 0:06 of the same year, the Defendant believed to be able to receive the PC use fee even if the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the PC use fee for the owner of the business in Ansan-si, and from around 16:00 to around 0:06 of the same year, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
