Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2013, from around 18:30 to 19:50, the Defendant provided places and fences so that he/she can gamble “Stop” 50 won by adding 30 won to 1,50 won, 2,000 won, 50 won, and 500 won each time he/she added 30 won to a food service business operator, and aided him/her by providing a food service business operator, who is a food service business operator, with a duty to prevent gambling, other speculative acts, or disturbing public morals within the food service business establishment.
