1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,300,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 130,000,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 30,000 from May 26, 2015, and KRW 300,00,000.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Global Key’s share purchase contract 1) The Global Encit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Global Encit”)

3) On May 26, 2015, B entered into a share purchase and sale contract with the Plaintiff to sell KRW 795,923 of the shares, a corporation of Thailand, to the Plaintiff for KRW 1,300,000 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

The main contents are as follows:

Section 4.1: The transaction amount of this transaction shall be paid to the account designated by Section A, including the down payment under Section 3.2, and each disposable payment shall be as follows:

A. The time of concluding the contract pursuant to Article 3.2 of the down payment 130,00,000 won;

(b) The last day of the month in which the date of concluding the contract of intermediate payment (the first time) is included;

C. The end of the following month of the month following the payment of the intermediate payment (second installment) 290,000,000 won.

D. The intermediate payment of KRW 290,000,00 shall be set out above.
