Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Gohap 102" is the former male-child group of the victim C (V, 16 years of age).

1. Violence;

A. The Defendant, from February 14, 2018 to February 05:30, 06:00 to October 30, 2018, on the ground that the injured party in the E-sales parking lot located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, went to the Defendant and contacted with other male.

The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (using and photographing cameras, etc.), took photographs of the victim’s cell phone with a camera function against the victim’s will in the course of committing the crime as set forth in the above 2.2.

4. A defendant who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) on February 14, 2018.
