1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from July 21, 2014 to October 30, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that on July 21, 2014, the plaintiff extended the amount of KRW 30 million to the defendant on October 30, 2014, the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum, and the interest interest rate of KRW 24% per annum.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30,000,000 won with the interest rate of 12% per annum from July 21, 2014, which is the date of borrowing to October 30, 2014, and the interest rate of 24% per annum, which is the delayed interest rate from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
