1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 26, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On July 14, 2012, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant to rent the instant building from the Defendant, setting the deposit amount of KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 30 million, and KRW 24 months with respect to the said building (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. On July 15, 2014, the Plaintiff changed the lease by setting the rent of KRW 400,000 per month between the Defendant and the period of KRW 24 months.

C. Fungi and malodor in the instant building, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to terminate the lease on or around July 2015, and the Defendant consented thereto.

On August 31, 2015, the Plaintiff handed over the instant building to the Defendant.

E. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 30,000,000 won deposit and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 26, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
