Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2017, around 12:22, the Defendant posted advertisements to the gate, which is a structure of another person, at the building adjacent to the Busan Southern-gu B.

In addition, the defendant is a driver of C-wheeled Motor Vehicle, who operated the above two-wheeled Motor Vehicle without wearing human life protection outfits on the road in front of the above place.
