A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Central District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on June 25, 2013.

1. On December 28, 2013, from around 22:30 to 23:00, the Defendant expressed a bath to the victim I on several occasions, namely, that the police is spreading to arrest the police officer on the street in front of the 22-dong 22-dong, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to arrest the police officer, and that the police officer is serving to arrest the police officer on the police officer, and that the police officer is serving to arrest the police officer on the police officer.

From 23:00 to 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant took a bath over several occasions to K’s situation leading up to the victims of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Police Headquarters J, who were working to arrest the winners of the executive department of the railroad labor union from around 23:0 to 23:30 on the same day. The Defendant expressed that “Matatatatization is opposed.” The police plays a sewage of a political authority, and that “this dog, sar, sark, and bitch bitch.”

Although the Defendant continued to display a drinking stone and a room to K in one hand, and even though he notified several times that K could be arrested as an obstruction of performance of official duties, the Defendant used his arms to drive away from K, and used K to display a drinking stone and a room in five times, and assaulted K with a drinking stone and a room.

Accordingly, the defendant insultingd the victim and obstructed the police officer's legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of the victim.
