A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2020, the Defendant filed a report on July 8, 2020 with the following: (a) around 00:03, the Defendant: (b) reported that C used his family’s mobile phone in front of Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si B, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and (c) had a mind to issue C by using the fact that C was a multiple times, and (d) had a multiple times.

Defendant 1: (a) was found to have attempted to arrest the said C as a manual by a slope E and policeman belonging to the police station of the Changwon-gu Police Station, who was called the above report; (b) was frighting to the above C as an escape guard; and (c) obstructed the operation of the patrol vehicle by putting the front of the above E in order to drive the said C; and (d) the said police officer arrested the said C and tried to move the said C to the said police station by carrying the said patrol vehicle into the lower seat of the patrol vehicle; and (c) opened the back of the said patrol vehicle and sound the said C as an escape guard to the said C.

As a result, the above police officers' 112 reported cases and legitimate execution of their duties related to the arrest of the times.

1. Article 136 (1) of the Criminal Act concerning the facts constituting an offense;

1. Selection of a fine for selective punishment under Articles 40 and 50 of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes Act (the defendant commits an error against his/her wrong and has no criminal history, and the degree of interference, etc. shall be considered);

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
