Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant insultd on July 27, 2018: (a) around 22:15, the victim C was working for the Defendant in front of Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do;
