A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) was unable to maintain his/her livelihood because he/she was unemployed around July 1, 2014; (b) the Defendant got a sirend dice car in the Defendant’s mother’s name and returned to the country; and (c) had intruded into the store located in the area where the shop is located in the shopping mall, thereby cutting down the object.
On February 24, 2015, at least 23:36, the Defendant: (a) cut off the scrap line made up of the five floors of the building E in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the fiveth floor of the building, and removed the correction device by cutting off the entrance gate; (b) one passbook of the agricultural cooperative owned by the victim in the relevant private teaching institute; (c) five copies of the cultural product right (one 4:00 won right); (d) four copies of the gift certificate (one 10,000 won right); (d) five copies of the gift certificate of the books (five ,00 won right), five copies of the gift certificate of the books (five ,00 won right); and (d) one of the victims’ attempted property at night from the end of August 2014 to April 10, 2015; and (e) one of the victims’ attempted property at night, 30,000 won in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually invadedd a structure at night and stolen the property.
2. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained the victim K’s identification card owned by the Defendant, which was located on the floor, in front of the J-cafeteria located near Ulsan-gu I department store; (b) obtained the victim K’s identification card, one security card, two credit cards; and (c) three thousand won in cash; and (d) carried it out without taking measures such as returning it to the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
3. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at a section of about 40km from the dwelling of the Defendant located in the Busan-gun Lane to the roads front of the Ulsan-gun E-gun, Ulsan-gun, without obtaining a driver's license on February 23, 2015.
