Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 2, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year for larceny, etc. at the Seoul District Court on July 2, 2003; 5 million won for the crime of larceny at the Busan District Court on September 8, 2004; 10 months for the punishment of larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 2, 2005; 6 months for the punishment of larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on May 29, 2009; 8 months for the punishment of larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch on June 15, 201; 1 year for the punishment of larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on August 23, 2011; and on July 6, 2012, the execution of the punishment was completed in Busan District Court on July 6, 2012.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On September 13, 2012, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off, using the gap in which the victim C, who was the victim’s possession of a 1.60,00 won in the market price, i.e., a gal lub M mobile phone in the amount of KRW 59,000 in the market price, i.e., a bal flub in the shape of 39,000,000, in the document of Busan, 200, 200 won in the 39,000, 200, 200, a balthobb in the shape of women’s hand hands-on in the shape of 30,000 won in cash, which is located.

On February 11, 2013, around 21:48, the Defendant: (a) within the F F F F F-Cs in Sung-gun E; (b) the victim G was placed on a computer book by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim G was locked surveillance neglected; and (c) the victim’s market value, which is the victim’s possession on the computer book, is KRW 1080,000,000,000,000 in a white galleart 2 mobile phone, one credit card, one resident registration certificate, and one cash.
