Punishment of the crime

Around 15:30 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath as a witness of a claim suit, such as confirmation of shareholders' rights at the Busan District Court Branch Decision 405, Busan District Court Branch Decision 405, the Busan District Court Decision 2017Da11046, which was located in Gangseo-gu, Busan District Court Decision 7:30, the Defendant continued to prepare a sales contract for the land F with D as proxy for the land D at the C president of the Co., Ltd. located in Yangsan City, Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si on August 14, 2003, and signed a sales contract with D, a certified judicial scrivener G, who was delegated by the Defendant, received cash and cashier's checks in total from F for the purchase price of KRW 125,00,000,000,000,000 from the place of the contract, but Defendant F prepared “I was unable to view the Defendant's witness at the time of preparation of the contract or testimony.”

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
