The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a non-profit foundation that is entrusted with the affairs of a central elderly employment agency to be established and operated by the Minister of Health and Welfare pursuant to Article 23-2 of the Welfare of Older Persons Act, and Article 17-3 and 4 of the

The Minister of Health and Welfare promoted a business-linked project in 2018 and 2019 (hereinafter “instant project”) to promote the expansion of employment of senior citizens by subsidizing indirect expenses, such as the development of a job model, purchase of facilities, and fourth insurance premiums, necessary for the creation and maintenance of suitable jobs for senior citizens. With respect to the instant project, the Minister entrusted the Defendant with the overall management of the project and the overall management of the subsidy, including the discovery of participating enterprises, the approval and determination of the scale of support, the payment and inspection of subsidies, and the determination of the revocation of the decision to pay and return subsidies.

C. On March 19, 2018 and February 28, 2019, the Plaintiff is selected as a participating enterprise in the public offering process of the instant project, and the following terms and conditions between the Defendant and the Defendant are as follows: “each of the instant contracts” shall be specified as “each of the instant contracts,” and the term “each of the contracts” shall be specified as the year.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify the rights and obligations of the plaintiff and the defendant for the efficient implementation of the project in this case, and to determine matters necessary for the management of the project.

Article 2 (Contents of Business) The plaintiff and the defendant shall cooperate in and promote the following projects:

(1) The 2018 contract: the business name: the business name.

(2) The cost of purchasing facilities and equipment for public relations, trademark registration and franchise store registration, program usage fee, convenience facility cost, etc.

(c) A project period of 2018: March 5, 2018 to February 28, 2019.
