1. The Defendants are in turn indicated in the separate sheet No. 7, 2, 9, 8, and 7 among the land size of 495.9 square meters in Busan Seo-gu AC, Busan, and the Plaintiff.

1. Facts recognized;

A. Of the land division process of the instant case, G owned a single house on the ground of No. 1, 2, 7, 6, and 1 of the drawing below among the land before the land division process of Busan Seo-gu AD, Busan (hereinafter “the land before the instant partition”) in order to perform the registration of co-ownership share in the instant land before the instant partition under a mutual title trust (hereinafter “the previous judgment”), the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 11, 1997, by asserting that, around 1996, Busan District Court Decision 96Gadan56258, which was a co-owner of the land before the instant partition, at the time of the instant division, the AE, AF, AG, D, AH, E, AI, and F, asserting that G completed the registration of co-ownership share in the instant land before the instant partition under a mutual title trust.

In accordance with the ADJ judgment of this case, the land prior to the division was divided into the area of 121.4 square meters on December 16, 1997 and the area of 495.9 square meters on the other hand, which is the remainder, of the area of the land prior to the division of this case (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The owners of the land prior to the instant subdivision and the land adjacent to the left-hand side of the land prior to the instant subdivision around 1978, who owned the land adjacent to the land prior to the instant subdivision and the land adjacent to the lower-hand side, shall specify each area as a AK, AL, AM, AM,N, and AO as the following photographs and pictures, have divided ownership, but the registration of each land was registered as co-ownership.

AK ALN AO AM ACJD, each of the above AK, AL, and AM was constructed in around 1978, and each of the above AK, AL, and AM was constructed on the ground of the part above AL. Of these, G, which owned a single house on the ground of 121.4 square meters above the above AL, had been recognized as divided ownership in the above part above. Accordingly, as seen earlier, G, which owned a single house on the ground of 121.4 square meters above the above part above, was subject to the previous judgment of this case, and accordingly, the above part of the land at the above part at the port, Busan, AD, 12
