Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 9, 2016, the Defendant saw that, around 01:50 on August 9, 2016, the victim C (the age of 53) who is a proxy engineer was imprisoned in front of the House B (the age of 53) was imprisoned.

b. The victim assaulted the victim by taking the victim's flag as follows: he marbling the victim's flag, "I am at any time." The victim marbling the victim's flag with his left hand, and flaging the victim's flag, as he did, with the victim's flag, with the victim's flag.

2. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall throw away, without permission, cigarette butts, gum, suspension, wastes, dead animal, other dirty or useless things at any place;

Nevertheless, at around 02:10 on August 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) avoided one cigarette while in possession of the Defendant at the above location; (b) throw away the cigarette from the floor without permission.
