1. Basic facts

2. The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendants did not accurately notify the Plaintiff of the reasons and details of the construction, and unilaterally share the management expenses. Thus, the Plaintiff asserts that the Defendants did not have any obligation to share the management expenses incurred in the construction.

Since October 2012, Defendant B, the head of the Ban, notified the Plaintiff of this fact and performed waterproof construction work, the fact that Defendant B, at the time, was found to have been aware of this fact. The entries in the evidence No. 1-8, No. 2-1-4, and No. 3 alone are insufficient to reverse this recognition.

Therefore, the plaintiff is obligated to pay the joint management expenses to the person who paid the joint expenses, such as the defendant B, etc., so the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.
