Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide or lease private cars other than commercial automobiles for transport for compensation.

The Defendants, as the owners of private cars, are article E for the first-time watch-based type type type travel engineer for the purpose of driving on behalf of the owners of private cars, and E is a commercial transport for a person who employs the above traffic-related engineer and provides the driver with the NFC card recognition machine to each vehicle, installs the NFC sign board, installs the air-line line to the destination according to the designated route, and engages in a commercial transport for a person who pays for the fee in cash to the above traffic-related engineer in accordance with the number of passengers on board.

1. Defendant A is the owner and driver of Lone Star Co., Ltd. who is the 12 passenger of G 12.

From around 03:20 on September 7, 2017 to October 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) determined routes from the roads in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the roads of the Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and operated back to and from the roads; and (b) provided an agent for the transportation of the private car by using the nFC card type typesetting machine installed at the above air exhauster to the destination; and (c) by using the nFC card typesetting machine installed at the above air exhauster to the destination, the filled up of the nFC card type to the nFC card type, and by using the n.e., the filled up of the n., the n.e., the n. card typesetting to the card board, one day after deducting the 2,000 won of the n.e., the average freight of KRW 300,000 from each State Co., Ltd. for the purpose of transportation.

2. Defendant B is the owner and driver of H salary and van.

The Defendant, from September 2, 2017 to October 28, 2017, operates from around 03:47 to around 03:47 to around October 28, 2017, by setting the route from the roads located in the Seodong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-gu, Incheon to the roads from the roads in the Seodong-gu, Incheon.
