Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 208, 2009, the Defendant: (a) was a person living in the north-gu Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. 102, and (b) was discharged from the U.S. around May 2009 from the Republic of Korea; (c) on June 11, 2009, the Defendant was transferred KRW 3,689,660 from the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. to the agricultural bank account in its name, and then deposited the said amount in cash on June 17, 2009.

The defendant asserts that one million won of the above money should be paid as a contribution to the neighbor's meeting. On June 26, 2009, the problem of the above defendant's act was pointed out by the victim E at the neighbor's meeting held on June 26, 2009. The victim was selected as the head of the Ban by the residents, and the defendant returned the full amount of the deposit to the neighbor's meeting.

Accordingly, the defendant has been aware of the fact that the victim was selected as the head of the Ban, and that the victim could not have 1 million won from the deposit according to his/her own intent due to the victim's point of view, and then he/she has been found to have embezzled the victim's KRW 1 million from the neighbor's meeting expenses.

At around 08:40 on May 27, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the time when 1 million won was embezzled by the victim, and upon the victim’s complaint, the Police Station at the Port and Port Police Station was investigated into the crime of injury.

Before the victim was selected as the leader of CBD, the construction was completed, and the construction cost was paid to the construction business operator in full, and the victim spent KRW 52,800,00 for meal expenses with F on July 29, 2009 for the same month.

8. It shall be carried out by a resolution at the neighborhood meeting held, and the victim shall be two hundred thousand won of the cost of the water tank construction around December 2009.
