Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

1. On August 4, 2018, the Defendant ordered food to the E-cafeteria operated by the victim B on August 4, 2018.

However, even if the defendant orders food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 마치 음식대금을 지불할 것처럼 행세하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 비빔밥, 탕수육 등 32,500원 상당의 음식을 제공받고 대가를 지불하지 않았다.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired financial benefits equivalent to 32,500 won.

2. On August 9, 2018, the Defendant issued an order for food with phone call at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim B at the same place as the above 1. Paragraph (1) around August 9, 2018.

However, even if the defendant orders food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 마치 음식대금을 지불할 것처럼 행세하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 뽁음밥, 탕수육 등 31,000원 상당의 음식을 제공받고 대가를 지불하지 않았다.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired financial benefits equivalent to 31,000 won.

3. Around August 24, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, stating that “When the victim demanded the victim to pay accommodation expenses for accommodation in the cel specified in paragraph (1) operated by the Victim F, the Defendant would have made a false statement to the victim, the Defendant would have paid the victim a monthly wage of 15th day of September, 201, which would remain more than 1 month.”

However, as the defendant did not attend the company, he did not have any ability or intent to pay the monthly wage by receiving it.

Nevertheless, the defendant makes a false statement as if he would pay accommodation expenses, and it is from the victim to the same year.

9. Until 17., consent was obtained for accommodation in the above cel.

Accordingly, the defendant is the victim.
