On May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim E’s house located in Seojin-jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 11, 2013; (b) invaded upon the house through an unCorrectioned gate; (c) obtained property equivalent to KRW 450,000, totaling of KRW 400,000, and KRW 500,000, and KRW 450,000, and KRW 50,000, from around that time to August 28, 2013; and (d) infringed upon another’s residence at a total of 13 times at the place of the front week, such as the list of crimes in attached Form, and attempted to steals or steals property totaling KRW 2,375,600, and KRW 600, a total of twelve times.

2. Around 11:00 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a Frax car without obtaining a driver’s license on the road front of the center of the victim E located in Chungcheongnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the front day. Around 14:10 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of Victim H located in Y in Yasan-gu, Yansi-si; (b) committed theft with USD 415,00 in cash, USD 20 in a market price owned by the victim who was at a small place and was at a lower place by intrusion into the house through a string door, which was not corrected.
