A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

Seized knife (No. 2) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a space between the victim C and the victim, was frequently disputed with the victim due to the marriage problem, with frequent disputes arising from the difference between the victim and the victim.

Therefore, the defendant's being pushed off with the first hand alone that it is no longer difficult to show the victim out of the house, and the defendant gets together with the kitchen knife with the kitchen knife on the other side of the cooling house and the next side of the kitchen 28.5cm in length, approximately 16.5cm in length of the day, about 3.9cm in width of the knife, and threatened the victim with the above kitchen knife, leaving the kitchen knife toward the victim and leaving it out of the house.

Although the Defendant had demanded the victim to leave the house by threatening the kitchen knife as above, the Defendant continued to enter the house and the Defendant’s right to leave the house by refusing to do so.
