Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2015, at around 22:20, the Defendant was seated in B cargo driver's seat in front of the bus stops in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, 73-2, and Han Bank, and found three female students, such as the victim C (V, 17 years old), who was standing in front of the bus stops in Han Bank. The Defendant was seated with the Defendant's sexual organ in his/her hands and her early act of self-defense.

Accordingly, the Defendant used a patently obscene act.
