Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2016, from around 20:00 to 23:10 on November 9, 2016, the Defendants, along with C, D, E, F, and G, carried out money from KRW 3,00 in the order of four separate units by using 52 trum cards from the third-story assembly building located in Sinju-si Ha from around 20:00 to around 23:10 on the same day, and then, the Defendants carried out money from KRW 3,00 in the order of four separate units, and then the Defendants added an amount equivalent to half of the total amount every time the card is additionally received, and the sum of the pattern and numbers of the card was the lowest in a way that the said person had the sales money.
