A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a crime of fraud at the Busan District Court on November 2, 2016 (hereinafter “7055”) and was punished for a multiple occasions by a non-exclusive or non-exclusive passenger car, as well as by a summary order of KRW 500,00,000.

1. Both the Defendant and C have no intention or ability to pay the price or charge after being provided with alcohol and food in a restaurant, or using a taxi.

A. At around 05:00 on August 23, 2016, the Defendant ordered, “D”, “D” as well as C, two boness of bones, three bottles, three bottles, three bottles, one bottle of drinking water, one bottle of drinking water, and one breab of air.

The Defendant, together with C, by deceiving the victim, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 73,00 in total from the injured party.

B. On August 25, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant issued an order with C to “G” only two landings in the cafeteria (Operation of the Victim’s Name Unclaimed Boxes) located in H located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, and one drinking water.

The Defendant, together with C, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 51,500 in total, by deceiving the victim.

On August 25, 2016, at around 05:53, the Defendant and C, along with the taxi-free vehicle, were boarding the Isi (victim J operation) in front of the said G cafeteria, and the victim was changed to the “west-dong, Seo-gu, Busan.”

The Defendant and C, as such, deceiving the victim and had the victim operate the said taxi to the destination of the said taxi, but did not pay the taxi fee of an amount equivalent to KRW 9,00,00, thereby acquiring the same pecuniary benefit.

As a result, the defendant and C conspireds with the victim habitually, and the defendant deceivings the victims, and they are equivalent to the total amount of KRW 133,500 from the victims.
