Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 27, 2017, the Defendant embezzled, at the D parking lot located in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, the victim E lost, 200,000 won in cash, student card, and one unclaimed wall on the market price with credit card, and embezzled the property that he/she had, without following necessary procedures, he/she thought that he/she would have, and then, embezzled the property that he/she has occupied.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. At around 01:40 on March 20, 2018, the Defendant intruded the above church through the first floor window, which was not corrected at the H church in the management of the victim G located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, and forcedly opened the church using the dricker and kept the bank in a way by using the 100,000 won (20 won d. 500 won f. f.).
