Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 12, 2017.

1. On July 25, 2018, at around 01:45, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s food entertainment business by force until the police is dispatched, such as that the victim C, working in the city of Busan, takes a bath at a large level under the influence of alcohol, and takes back the back of other customers, etc.

2. 피고인은 2018. 7. 25. 02:45경 부산 사하구 E에 있는 F파출소에서 영업방해로 현행범인 체포되어 인치된 후 술에 취해 상의를 벗고 경찰관들에게 욕설을 하여 위 파출소 소속 경위 G(35세)가 옷을 입고 욕설을 하지 말라고 하자 화가나 발로 G의 다리를 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and criminal investigations.

On November 27, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to eight months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on August 12, 2017.

피고인은 2019. 4. 1. 19:50경 부산 사하구 H에 있는 피해자 I 운영의 ‘J’ 식당에서 술이 취한 상태로 국밥을 주문하고 피해자가 국밥을 팔지 않는다고 하자 이에 피해자에게 “씨발년아, 왜 안주냐, 씨발 좆같은년아” 등의 욕설을 하고 손님들에게 “좆같은 씨발놈들아, 니가 뭔데 씨발새끼야 나와”라며 손님들에게 의자를 던지려는 시늉을 하고 테이블을 주먹으로 내리치는 등 소란을 피워 식당에 있던 손님들을 나가게 함으로써 위력으로써 약 40분 동안 피해자의 식당영업 업무를 방해하였다.
