B Imprisonment for six months and for eight months, each of the defendants A shall be punished by imprisonment.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny Defendants: (a) around December 5, 201, with the victim E; (b) Defendant B transferred the right to 125 square meters of the site owned by the “Gangyang-gu” and 60 square meters of the building located in the “Gangyang-gu” F, etc., and (c) the victim sold 75 square meters of the house owned by the victim at the time of the market price and repaid the proceeds from the sale of the above “Gangyang-gu H and I” operated by the Defendants; (b) Defendant B separately agreed to pay KRW 50 million of the proceeds from the sale of the house to the victim; (c) Defendant B entered into a sales contract with the Longyang-gu in order to purchase another church; and (d) Defendant B issued a receipt of KRW 50 million to Defendant B, which was issued by the Longyang-gu and issued to the victim; and (d) written the terms and conditions of the above agreement with the victim.
