1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 13 million to Plaintiff A; and (b) 5% per annum from January 27, 2016 to June 1, 2017; and (c).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a sexual outdoor department that operates the E-type department in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

Plaintiff

A is a person who has undergone a sex surgery from the defendant, and the plaintiff B is the spouse of the plaintiff.

나. 원고 A은 1992년경, 2012. 6. 19.경 2회에 걸쳐 코 성형수술을 받은 적이 있고 그로 인해 코 끝이 빨갛게 되는 문제점 등으로 피고와 상담하였다.

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant responded to the Plaintiff A as follows.
