1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest thereon from July 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 4, Defendant B, a limited liability company run by the Plaintiff, was liable to the Plaintiff, but the Defendants jointly and severally agreed to pay KRW 40,000,000 to the Plaintiff by June 30, 2018, and to pay the amount calculated by adding 15% per annum to the day of full payment from July 1, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 40,000,000 won with 15% interest rate per annum of the agreed delay damages from July 1, 2018 to the day of full payment after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
