1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 57,760,595 as well as KRW 31,268,456 among them, from January 16, 2018.
Reasons
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. The facts as stated in the attached Form Nos. 1 through 3 do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the entry of evidence Nos. 1 to 3.
B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 57,760,595 and the amount of KRW 31,268,456, which is the principal, to the Plaintiff at the rate of 27.9% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay damages from January 16, 2018 to the date of full payment.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
