A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by obstructing the performance of official duties in Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on October 27, 2016.

1. At around 13:00 on July 7, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the business of the victimized person by force by avoiding disturbance, such as taking drunk at the entrance of the victim D in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and without any justifiable reason, taking the alcohol, and taking the above marina employees with the large interest of “ging out. 2.
