1. As of September 1, 2013, the Defendant’s termination of the program ID on behalf of the Defendant’s substitute driving system.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant (former trade name: “Before the change”) is a business entity that has changed from “Fungp Co., Ltd. to a limited liability company on September 26, 2016, and provides information on call registered by an acting driving company to an acting driving engineer.

The Plaintiff becomes a substitute driver belonging to Lone Star driving Co., Ltd. from September 1, 2010 (hereinafter “Lone Star driving”) and is a person who uses A, B, and C, which the Defendant provides as a dispatch service program (a name “ro branch”).
