A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 21, 2015, from around 00:19 to 06:12 the same day, the Defendant filed a false report, such as the following: (a) from around 00:19 to around 06:12 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant: (b) did not have been subject to violence to police officers; (c) provided that the police officers were forced to use the Defendant’s mobile phone (C) to call the police station 112 staff room to take a bath for 40 times a total of 40 times; and (d) provided, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning police officers’ crime, maintenance of order, etc. by means of deceptive means, such as having the police officers under his/her jurisdiction attend the scene.
2. On February 25, 2015, from around 20:46 to 23:16 of the same day, the Defendant filed a false report, such as: (a) at Esing rooms in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with a view to preventing a police official from committing a crime, such as killing a person although he did not intend to kill a person; (b) in order to have a police official attend the scene by having the police official take the same attitude to stop the commission of the crime; and (c) in total eight times using the Defendant’s cell phone, the Defendant sent a bath to the 112 order room in Seoul Central Police Agency, and “I believe that a police officer will kill a person, and want to voluntarily surrenders the police officer.” (d) The police officer, who belongs to the beneficiary police box that received an order at the 112 general situation room, sent the Defendant phone to ask the police officer at the location of the scene, “I cannot find out why I will see it, and interfere with the police officer’s lawful execution of his duties.
