Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:45 on August 23, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head on one occasion on the ground that the victim D (the age of 43) residing in the same Gosiwon located in the same Gosiwon in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (C)’s noise in the movement noise in the room, making the victim’s head one time by taking advantage of a dangerous object in his/her location as soon as he/she had a dispute, and subsequently, by taking a fire extinguishing machine, which is a dangerous object in his/her location.
