The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B with a vehicle driving.

On March 27, 2013, at around 23:40, the Defendant driven the above vehicle from the underground parking lot of the Dongcheon-gu Central Civil Center to the front day of the Dongcheon-gu Docheon-gu Central Community Center to 20 meters in the influence of alcohol of 0.156%.
