Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of BKaman car and Cchip car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

1. On August 21, 2010, the Defendant operated an agricultural product located in Ansan-si in the vicinity of each market on the roads near Pungsan-si. On August 22, 2010, a three-distance signal signal crossing road at the entrance of the Public Procurement Service located in Ansan-dong-si around August 22, 2010, and an agricultural product located in Ansan-si-si around September 5, 2010, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near each market.

2. On November 21, 2010, the Defendant operated, respectively, a BF car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the new-month intersection located in the Sincheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On January 15, 201, the Defendant operated the BF car on the front road, which was located in the Sincheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. On February 6, 2011.
