Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2013, at around 00:25, the Defendant driven a BAR car while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.120% in the section of approximately 1km from the Mawon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to approximately 448-4, Dong-dong, Seoul.
