Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2017, at around 20:02, the Defendant driven a Poter truck with alcohol content of about 0.108% while under the influence of alcohol from approximately 2 km section to the front road of the same side, from the road near the Yeong-gun-gun of Boseongsung-gun, in a direction of alcohol content of about 0.108%.
