Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2007, the defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence to six-month imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on November 27, 2007. On October 17, 2008, the Incheon District Court sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence to four-month imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on October 25, 2008, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2008. On September 19, 2008, the Incheon District Court sentenced a two-year suspended sentence to ten-month imprisonment for fraud, etc. and became final and conclusive on February 11, 2009. On August 27, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced a two-year suspended sentence to a two-year suspended sentence to a violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act (Fraud) at the Seoul District Court on September 4, 2010.
