A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with B presses.
On February 21, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 06:50 on February 21, 2013, driving the said van, and driving the said van at a speed of about 50 km at the speed of about 150 km from the bucks of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining the above temporary border driving license, and driving the said presson 2 km from the front of the mountain railway station located in the Busan Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the place of the accident.
