Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was living together with the victim C (51).

1. 협박 피고인은 2013년 10월말경 광양시에 있는 피고인이 근무하던 회사에서, 피해자가 벌금을 대납해 주지 않고 자신의 요구를 들어주지 않는다는 이유로 피해자에게 전화하여 “씨발년, 내가 D, 너를 칼로 가 쑤셔 죽여불어 인제”, “죽지 않도록 내가 골목에서 칼로 콱 쑤셔불거야”, “칼로 가 쑤셔불고 나는 교도소 가면 편하게 살 수 있거든“, ”내가 날 받아갖고 쑤셔불거야”고 말하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
