A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

1. On November 7, 2019, at around 22:15, driving a F observer car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.245% alcohol concentration at the 1km section from the front line of “C” located in the East Sea B to the front day of the E Hospital located in the same city D;
